Seamless Steel Pipe Enterprise Facing Challenges

　　Since the start of the year, due to the weakness demand of domestic ASTM A335 P91 carbon seamless steel pipe, from the effects of inventory pressure ,fuel prices recede and high steel capacity release degree, price of China's seamless steel pipe show a downward trend in Q2.

　　China currently has more than 3,000 steel pipe enterprises,including 2700 welded pipe manufacturers and 300 seamless steel pipe manufacturers, and capacity of seamless steel pipe totaled 110 million tonnes,about 65 million tonnes welded pipes and 45 million tonnes seamless steel pipes.The amount of excess capacity is approximately 30 million tonnes.

　　Facing increasingly brutal competition in the market, Steel Enterprises must keep a close eye on market demands , for example, demand for special tubing and casing pipes in oil and gas exploration , increasing investment of research and development, provide customer with more professional and customized service.Only in this way can they solve this problems and expanding the market.
