Corrosion behavior of welded steel pipes

　　The corrosion resistance of welded steel pipe containing Ni is strong in acidic environment. In sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid environment, the higher the content of Ni in welded steel pipe, the stronger the corrosion resistance. Under normal circumstances, only adding Cr to welded steel pipes can prevent erosion. The poor edge condition of the steel strip is another important reason for the wrong side. The effects of mass flow rate, heat flux density and structural parameters (the ratio of helical curvature diameter to T-welded pipe diameter, Dc/D) on the saturated bubbly boiling heat transfer coefficient in vertical helical tubes were investigated.

　　When welded steel pipe is produced, the wrong side occurs, and there are many influencing factors. In production practice, the BS1387 Q345 Seamless Welded Steel Pipe is often degraded by the wrong side. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the causes and preventive measures of the wrong side of the spiral steel pipe.

　　Because the shape and dimension accuracy of the non-trimmed steel strip are poor, it is easy to cause the steel strip to bend hard and lead to misalignment when butting.
