Introduction of oil pipe knowledge

　　Everyone knows that Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu and Shanghai are the production bases of oil pipes. But what is oil pipes? They are oil pipes based on steel pipes. They are welded by spraying, rolling, dipping and suction processes on the inner surface of oil pipes (bottom pipes) or on the inner and outer surface of oil pipes.

The production skills of oil pipes are complex. Unlike aluminium strip, steel strip has almost no flexibility, so the forming skills of steel strip are in high demand. Secondly, steel strip is generally thicker than aluminium strip, so overlap welding skill can not be used, butt welding skill with high precision requirement can only be used. Ultimately, even if the steel strip is processed into a steel oil pipe that fully meets the needs, what skills can be selected to make the steel strip and PE fully linked, and it becomes another difficult problem for oil pipe production.
