Anti-corrosion Measures for Oil Casing Pipe

　　1. First of all, we should do a good job in meeting the water quality standards and strictly monitor and manage the water quality. Implementing clean-up and separate-injection, strengthening the cleaning of main oil casing pipe, achieving water quality standards in station and bottom hole, reducing corrosion sources into annular space;

　　2. The annulus protective fluid, which is mainly used for sterilization, is added to the newly put-into-operation water injection wells, and a system is formed to regularly add the protective fluid.

　　3. In view of the accelerating effect of mechanical abrasion on Corrosion of ASTM A53 N80 Seamless Steel Oil Casing Pipe, oil casing pipe is suggested that a rubber ring be added to the oil casing pipe coupling or a centralizer be added to the serious deviation part to avoid tubing scratching and one side contact casing during operation and water injection.

　　4. In view of the serious corrosion of bacteria under oil casing pipe scale and the slow growth and killing of SRB at high temperature, high temperature water or steam of 100 degrees Celsius can be injected into annulus regularly to kill SRB under oil casing pipe scale.

　　5.Oil casing pipe is not recommended that cathodic protection and coated casing be popularized until corrosion in casing of water injection wells is not effectively controlled.
